The CE28RT is Rays Engineering’s newest version of the CE28. RT stands for “Rigid Tuning” and according to Rays, it’s 8% more rigid than the traditional CE28N. Each wheel weighs approximately 16.1l lbs.
Each Set comes with 4 Decals CE28RT (Applied below the valve stems) and 4 Black Valve Stems and Caps.
