ALEX Motorsports C-Pillar Bar. ALEX Motorsports C-Pillar Bar. C-Pillar Bar provides reinforcement between one of the weaker sections of the chassis, the c-pillar area. On most cars, especially hatchbacks, due to the large open area between the c-pillars, there is a lack of horizontal reinforcement between the c-pillars. Consequently, Under cornering, the c-pillar area, and hence rear chassis will tend to flex and twist.
