Complete Kit! Comes with Mirrors, Power Folding Switch and Relay (Misc. Wiring included, as pictured). The mirrors came off a JDM DC5 Integra Type R. They can be wired in so they will fold in by a press of a button. In Japan they do this to save space in parking.
